Why this site exists
Every ERP ROI calculator that ranks on Google is on a vendor's site. SAP, Microsoft, Oracle, Workday, Sage, Acumatica, Infor — each publishes its own calculator with its own cost basis and its own implicit 100% productivity-recapture assumption. The result is single-number ROIs ranging from 100% to 500%+ depending on how aggressive the cost stack is.
erproicalculator.com is the dated, sourced, quarterly-verified reference for what ERP ROI actually looks like in 2026. P10/P50/P90 sensitivity bands applying Forrester's own 50% productivity-recapture rule. Implementation cost basis pulled live from erpimplementationcost.com (the sister site that covers the cost side from the Panorama 2026 Annual ERP Report).
What we do
- Verify 8 Forrester TEI studies for the major ERP vendors with explicit honesty signals per row.
- Apply Forrester's own 50% productivity recapture rule, not the 100% vendor calcs assume.
- Output P10/P50/P90 sensitivity bands instead of inflated single-number ROI.
- Pull implementation cost basis from the live erpimplementationcost.com dataset.
- Flag inflated TEIs explicitly (the Sage Intacct 441% headline).
- Re-verify quarterly. Pre-deploy gate refuses to publish data >90 days stale.
What we don't do
- We do not sell ERP software, implementation services, or system integration.
- We earn no affiliate commission on any vendor or partner listed.
- We do not accept sponsored placements that influence ROI claims or methodology.
- We do not propagate inflated vendor TEI numbers without explicit honesty flags.
