TEI is 7+ years old. The 134% ROI was credible for 2019 but SAP S/4HANA Cloud has changed substantially since. A more recent SAP-commissioned TEI exists for the Cloud Public Edition (claimed 349%) but the PDF returns HTTP 403 to verification and the number is search-snippet-only — we cannot publish 349% as verified.
